Message from the Chairman

Deciding to study at BlueCrest College is a wise choice for the youngsters in Sierra Leone & West Africa. We strive to nurture young minds and bring out the best in them. We offer industry-relevant programs with a competent faculty that aims to enhance their employability in an ever-changing dynamic job market. We are considered one of best Information Technology, Business, Journalism & Design Schools in the heart of Freetown Sierra Leone. Our location in the city makes us an ideal choice as a city centric education provider. We are a motivated, progressive and innovative institution that has now expanded to city centers in Liberia & Sierra Leone as well.

Pawan joins us from Nio, the global EV/autonomous driving manufacturer, where he was responsible for US finance and strategy. Prior to that he worked at other high growth startups in Silicon Valley, focused on overall operations and specializing in finance & strategy. Pawan graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, MA with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Business Law.

Mr. Pankaj Maheshwari brings over 20 years of international education expertise to BlueCrest College as Group CEO. With a background spanning leadership roles at NIIT, Texila American University, the University of Liverpool, and Walden University, where he has driven growth and forged strategic partnerships across these diverse cultures. His broad skill sets cover sales, marketing, operations, and business development, with a focus on higher education and technology. Mr. Pankaj's track record includes transforming institutions, enhancing offerings, and navigating the evolving educational landscape. As Group CEO, he is poised to lead BlueCrest College to new heights of success.

Unisa Sillah has over 6+ years of dedicated service. He has been an integral part of the team, serving in various positions and now excelling as the Deputy Registrar. His commitment to excellence and passion for the Education sector have been instrumental in driving our team success.

His experience in managing Academic Records, Administrative Oversight and professionalism has earned him the respect from colleagues.

Mr. Sanjay Mahulkar is working as Accountant in BlueCrest College Sierra Leone. He has completed Master Degree in Commerce from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathawada University, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad, India and Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He has around 10+ years of experience in Accounting in Educational Institution. He has worked in ICFAI, Pearson School, The Jain International School, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad, India.

Mr. Saurabh Mehta is an Assistant Professor at BlueCrest College, Sierra Leone. He has 4 years of teaching experience. He has done Master of Computer Application (MCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Computer Science and Certified Course in Applied Indian Psychology and diploma in Mass & Media communication.

His vision is to create a kind of environment among students so they can develop their skills and gain practical knowledge which will be beneficial for their future perspective.

Areas of teaching/Specialization-HTML5, CSS, PHP, jQuery, C, C++, Java, Database System, SQL Server, Android Application development.

Mr. Rishi Mishra is an Assistant Professor at BlueCrest College, Sierra Leone. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science (Major: Mathematics), Master in computer application (MCA) & Master of Technology (M. Tech)-Computer Science & Engineering-(CSE). He has completed his both masters from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (India). He has total 10 years of experience teaching to Graduate and Post Graduate Level students of various programs such as Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), B.Sc. (Information Technology), B.Sc. (Computer Science), Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech)-Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

His vision is to create a kind of environment among students so they can develop their skills and gain practical knowledge which will be beneficial for their future perspective.

Areas of teaching/Specialization:Programming in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Java Script, RDBMS, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, Advanced Excel Tools & Techniques

Mr. B Chaitanya Kumar is an IMS Dept Network Administrator & Trainer at Bluecrest College, Freetown, Sierra Leone. He has 15.6 Years of Experience as a Corporate Trainer, T3, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development Facilitator (South India Operations), IMS Trainer, Technical Trainer, Guest lecture in APHRDI, Resource Person in NIRD

Certified in Various Technologies: Certificate in PATENT COOPERATION TREATY from WIPO, Amateur Wireless Station License Holder from Ministry of Communications Department of Telecommunications, India

Mr. Shashank Waingankar is Network Trainer at BlueCrest College Sierra Leone. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from YCMOU University India. He is also an ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Certified. He has 15 years of experience including 7 years into training. Prior to his current role in BlueCrest he has worked as IT Manager in Paterson Securities Pvt Ltd India. He has worked in Training as well as service-based companies. Mr. Shashank core expertise is in the subject like Linux, Cybersecurity and C.C.N.A. He has provided Linux training to World Skills Students in L& T Infotech India

He is a fast learner and always ready to learn new things related to cyber-security and Linux.
